Inventory Course
With the advent of the Tenancy Deposit schemes landlords who create a poor Inventory will not be successful in claiming against the tenant's deposit for damage caused by them.
Many Landlords "INVENTORY" is in fact a list of items in the property with no indication of the condition of those items at the start of the tenancy.
Our course shows you how to create an Inventory which lists the items and shows how to evaluate their condition in a way that any other person looking at the report can understand. We show how to have a disciplined approach so that you miss nothing at all.
The course deals with check in, periodic , and check out Inspections and has discussion on how to quantify loss.
The course is half day. You have the choice of attending a morning session from 9.30-1.00 or an afternoon session from 2-4.30
