Reclaiming Overpaid Housing Benefit
Since April 2006, the tenant who causes the problem should refund overpayments made by the Council. Learn how you can appeal as the landlord. A new course will take you though the entire process from the time the Local Authority decides to recover an overpayment from you to the Appeal Tribunal itself.
The Course will show you how to complain effectively about the Local Authorities that take a long time to process Housing Benefit Claims and to obtain interim payments.

- Standard Appeal letters.
- Appeal to a Commissioner.
- Reg 5(5)(d) - Payment on 2 properties for 28 days.
