The RLA Bank Reference is a letter to send to your prospective tenant’s bank manager, for a financial reference.
The RLA Bank Reference offers the following benefits:

Please note some banks may take a long time to return the Bank Reference, in which case you might find the RLA Tenant Credit Checking Service useful. The RLA Tenant Credit Checking Service is an invaluable service and assists those wishing to avoid high risk tenants who may have a history of debt or financial problems.
