Previous Landlord Reference

Prior to granting a tenancy you should collect as much information as possible about the prospective tenant, so you can vet the tenant and minimise the risk of getting "the Tenant from Hell".

The Previous Landlord Reference offers the following benefits:

• Gathering Essential Information - This form permits you to take references and assess the suitability of the prospective tenant.
• Confirming Identity - Referencing a tenant will help you establish the fact that he/she is who they say they are. 

Please note if the tenant can not provide details of their previous landlord, look carefully as to the reasons given. Always be sceptical, but never too nosey as that may well put the tenant off. The tenant may have good reason.
