Reputable Company - RLA Members will receive a report from Equifax (a credit reference agency), detailing a prospective tenant's financial worthiness.
Detailed Report - The report details your prospective tenant’s credit score, Electoral Register status, any adverse credit history including County Court Judgments, Bankruptcies or IVAs.
FREE Telephone Support - RLA Members get additional telephone advice once a credit report has been obtained.

What do credit checks cost?

£10 each
£5 for additional address checked (for the same tenant)

How is the credit score obtained?

Equifax use all the available credit reference information relating to a customer when computing a score. This includes:

Electoral Roll history going back to 1983
County Court Judgement and Bankruptcy information for the past 6 years
Previous Credit Searches for the last 12 months
Derogatory type Searches for the last 6 years
Complete Insight account history information for the last 6 years
Delinquent Insight information
Default Insight information
The latest Postcode Events
