RLA members receive a report detailing a prospective tenant's financial worthiness - we check for any County Court Judgements and also confirm that they appear on the Electoral Roll. The prospective tenant is then scored based on credit risk. This is an invaluable service and assists members in avoiding high credit risk tenants and costs £10 a credit check.
