HMO buy to let morgages - where can I get one ? (Public Helpdesk Query)

Hi,

Can you tell me which companies still offer buy to let mortgages
on 7 bed HMOs. (Would be 5 bed house but can be let as 7 bed by
letting the study and one reception).

Have tried the 0845 345 6788 number (Mortgages for Business) and
they say that HMO mortgages dried up about 12 months ago.

We would be a safe bet for the mortgage company, as the rental
income would be very much more than the mortgage, it is in one of
the most popular streets in the city for students, if houses don't let it won't be in this street, the rent is double what would be
needed to pay a mortgage. We currently live in the house, but want
to move (daughter student elsewhere) but keep the house by letting
it whilst using some of the capital towards our next house.
