lack of ventilation

my tenants alerted me to a condensation problem the beginning of September, on my last visit to the property there was black mould growing on the walls, I have been advised that this is due to lack of ventilation.

I explained this to my tenants who claim to keep the property ventilated and want the place redecorated.
I have possessed the property for 5 years and have not had this problem before.


Can anyone suggest how to deal with it?
