Somebody on here in a thread said there was new guidance on this subject, I cannot fing the thread anymore.

Can somebody point me to the thread of information on how I get the LHA to pay me direct before the arrears are 8 weeks?

I have a tenant driving me mad with missed payments and then not enough etc ...
