Hi - sorry you kindly replied to my previous message and I did respond but don't know if this is getting thru as not had a reply.

You kindly told me that whereby the landlord/tenant has supplied materials for works that were defective that we should go back to the supplier under the supply of goods act - but I wanted to know about the cost of reinstalling (as materials have been taken out and need reinstalling) is the installer responsible for the cost or does the landlord need to get this cost refunded by the supplier of the materials.
