Break clauses (Public Helpdesk Query)

Albert

27 January 2010

Can a break clause be exercisable just once i.e. at the 6 month point in a 12 month tenancy? If so, how should it be worded? I don't want the usual rolling break clause which can be exercised at any time after the initial date of the break clause. I'm renewing an existing tenancy which is not an AST as the rent is over £25000 a year.
