You might be interested to read what British Property Federation (BPF) say about how the government have now refused to allow future payments of LHA to be made direct. Also read how they have made it easier for local councils to go a head with Selective and Additional Licensing of non HMO property and how they intend to press a head with Landlord Registration all within the dying days of this government.
