How do I go about renting a shop?

..Potentialy already fitted as a hair salon (Depending on whether my existing tenant has the right to remove or leave sinks, seats, shutters etc.) I'm a complete newbie to lettings but has so far learnt a lot from this site letting out a succesful residential flat. Now time for the downstairs shop. Any help on this I greatly appreciate.
