How do I get deposit transfered from agent to me so that i can manage my own property

I let my property out with a mangement agent. whom i am not satisfied with . firstly how can i check that they have put the tenents deposit in the DPS scheme and if so how coould I get it passed over to my name in the DPS scheme ?
