Bad Experience with Michael C Adams Letting Agents - Runcorn

I'm having a bad time with a letting agent in Runcorn called Michael C Adams (MCA>. Has anyone else had simular experiences with them. I am concerned that they have allowed a tenant into my premises without a contract as they haven't been able to provide me with a signed copy. There have been several other problems including paying rent into the wrong bank account, not answering e-mails, it goes on.

I asked MCA for their complaints procedure and was given details of the National Federation of Property Professionals, when I contacted them I was told I had to go back to MCA, but I protested, "they gave me your details" then you need to go to The Property Ombudsman they said.

Dog and bone comes to mind. I going to see this one through.
