Mould and Health issues (Public Helpdesk Query)

Hi there,
I am after some advice please.
I have had a message from on of my tenants which stated that she has been suffering from poor health since moving into our flat 2 years ago. She has been to see the Occupational Health rep at her employees and they have said it is because there is mould in the flat.
The tenant did mention to me that they have some damp in the bedroom before christmas and I have been looking at ways to improve the situation - for example modifying the double glazing to include an air vent. I also suggested that in the short term, they open windows lightly when using the tumble drier etc. My husband looked at at their bedroom and said there was a very small patch of damp / mould but nothing too serious.
How likely is it that poor health can be caused by minor damp problems? Are there any organisations / professionals who can help me assess the situation?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Kind regards
