Letting agent in london (Public Helpdesk Query)

Hi
One of the letting agent has let my property to a tenant in london.
He has taken the deposit and 3 months rent in advance from the tenant 2 weeks ago.
He has not forwarded the payment or the contract to myself and has decided not to respond.
What are the options I have.
Is there any fraud protection available.
