Coming to the end of a two year company let rental agreement and the tenant wants to stay on on a two month notice basis as they are looking to buy early next year.
They are also looking for a decrease in rent of 5% - if we got rid of agent, who only found our tenants, what are the legal consequences if we take over the let?
