The cold weather is a major culprit of condensation for many households. Condensation can form on any surface and it may not be noticed until mould growth or rotting of material occurs. To help you combat condensation this winter, the RLA have produced a free downloadable factsheet “How to reduce condensation”. The factsheet explains what you can do to reduce condensation and prevent the damage it can cause. The factsheet is divided into two sections; the first for landlords and the second for tenants, both giving handy hints and practical tips on how to reduce condensation.
