How to use this site

Note: If your premises contain a mixture of residential accommodation and business/commercial premises (e.g. flats located above shops), click here for an explanatory note.

Single Property

Houses and bungalows occupied by a single family etc.

Flats

Self-contained flats, both purpose built and converted.

Shared Houses

House occupied by an unrelated group of students, young professionals etc.

Lodgings, Hostels, Guest Houses etc.

Lodgings with a resident Landlord / Lady, hostels e.g. occupied by asylum seekers / migrant workers, bed and breakfast accommodation, refuges etc.

Bedsits

Non self-contained units with shared facilities.

Self Contained / Non Self Contained

Accommodation where there is a mixture of self-contained flats and non self-contained bedsits etc.
