Cheltenham branch opens for business - April / May 2000

Landlords will be under increasing pressure to demonstrate their adherence to best practice through membership of a strong association, says Tony Flatt.

A former chairman of the Gloucestershire Landlords Association, Flatt has just established the RLA's new Cheltenham Branch. In the current climate the backing of a larger association with advice and financial strength is essential, he told RPI. The next Cheltenham Branch meeting will be on Tuesday 6 June at The Queens Hotel, The Promenade Cheltenham, with subsequent meetings on the first Tuesday of alternate months. Tony Flatt can be contacted on 01242 250982.

The next meeting of Manchester Branch, which meets on the second Tuesday of each month, will be Tuesday 9 May at The Gateway, 882 Wilmslow Road, Didsbury. That of the Bolton Branch, which meets on the third Tuesday of alternate months, will be Tuesday 16 May at the Posthouse Bolton, Beaumont Road; of the Blackpool Cheltenham branch opens for business Branch, Wednesday 24 May at the Carlton Hotel, North Promenade, Blackpool; and of the Leeds Branch, on Tuesday 6 June at South Leeds Stadium, Middleton Grave.
