Residential Property Investor is the leading magazine for landlords in the UK.  Published bi-monthly it goes to every member of the Residential Landlords Association which consists of over 4,000.  On top of this there is a rotational circulation of 2,000 targeting those with 20 or more properties.  On average an extra 833 copies per issue are distributed at major property investment events.  Research also shows that 59% of RPI copies are read by 2-4 people giving us a readership of approximately 14,895 per issue.
