The Government’s new Tenancy Deposit Scheme came into force on 6th April 2007. The RLA is now updating its research into the effects of the Scheme.

We need to get an up-to-date view about your opinions on the Tenancy Deposit Scheme: how it has affected you and how you will handle deposits in future.
