Reduction of around 10% in LHA rates due to reducing the level from the median (50th down to the 30th percentile point)

Removing the tenant’s right to keep up to £15 from LHA

Reducing the LHA rate to 90% where the claimant/tenant has been on job seeker's allowance for 12 months.

Applying caps to the individual LHA rates for room sizes

Cutting out the five-bedroom rate for LHA

Up-rating non dependent allowances so that tenants with non dependants will have to find more from their own money towards their rent

Removing the link between market rents and LHA (instead LHA will eventually rise according to the consumer prices index)
