Join us on the 28th November 2019 for Future Renting Wales
Future Renting Wales is the "must attend" event for the landlords and agents in the Welsh private rented housing sector.
The tenant fees ban is now in place and possession reform confirmed, 2019 has already seen major changes to the way landlords and agents operate - and there's more to come.
The long-awaited implementation of the Renting Homes Act (Wales), expected next year, will bring further sweeping changes. All current and new tenancy agreements will be converted to the new standard contract, a fitness standard for private rented homes and measures to tackle retaliatory eviction.
Landlords and agents simply cannot afford to fall behind.
Future Renting Wales is the best way to stay up to date with key developments in the private rented sector, hear from housing experts, quiz government policy makers, and network with fellow landlords and agents.
