Legislation Spotlight: Autumn 2018

Listen to our webinar recorded on the 7th September 2018 to hear the latest on the upcoming legislative changes and what they mean for you. We have already seen much change in the PRS this year, with new laws relating to GDPR, minimum energy efficiency standards and banning orders to name a few. October is set to be a month of big change to current legal requirements with even bigger ramifications for failure. From 1st October new HMO regulations come into force, along with the extension of the Deregulation Act 2015 which will certainly make eviction more difficult should the new requirements not be adhered to.

Presented by Policy Manager John Stewart, Training Manager Kitty Speakman and Director and Trainer Carrie Kus, the webinar will focus on how to ensure compliance with the October law changes and the potential repercussions of failing to do so.
