Alex NolanTrainer, RLA
Alex has 10 years' experience in the property industry and has been a trainer for both the RLA and a large nationwide letting agent for the majority. Alex designs and delivers many of our classroom courses and assists in the creation of our online content.
Alex is responsible for ensuring that the complex and ever changing regulations applied to the rental sector are translated and simplified to assist all landlords and agents to ensure they are compliant.
Alex believes that in order for landlords to comply with the legislation put in front of them then they must be given the tools and support to do this.
Kitty SpeakmanTraining Manager, RLA
Kitty designs and delivers both online and classroom courses and manages the library of courses on offer.
A qualified Trainer working in the education industry for 12 years and a qualified Assessor and Internal Verifier, she has vast experience of delivering accredited qualifications to professionals including managing successful Ofsted visits and audits giving her excellent knowledge in the execution and compliance of accredited programmes.
She has successfully managed training departments for the last 8 years. Apart from her training career she has been a landlord for 4 years, giving her first-hand experience of the letting process.
Dave Princep B Sc, LLB, MCIEHRLA Consultant Trainer
Dave is an independent Housing and Environmental Health Consultant having been involved in enforcing safety and housing standards in the private rented sector for over 20 years. He has vast experience in all aspects of property standards, health and safety and energy efficiency including licensing, court expert witness work and providing training and advice to landlords and landlord associations. He was instrumental in establishing the training basis for landlord accreditation schemes, has liaised with National and Local Governments and participated in the preparation of guidance on standards, energy efficiency and other issues affecting the rented sector. He has both lived and worked abroad and recently travelled extensively for work assessing property safety for the hotel industry.
