I'm having a lot of problems with the letting agent since the new tenancy started almost a year ago.
eg) I'm not getting "Full management service " as they promised, some monies are missing (approx 3000) ,charging me for gas servise without my concent, their tradesmen damaged the ceiling hatches, lost keys to the property and so on.
But my tenants want to renew the tenancy next month, I'm happy with my tenants but I'm not happy with the letting agent.
I have complained to the letting agent so many times, branch manager, area manager, head of the property manger and now I'm complaining to the property Ombudsman.
I do not want to use them, I do not trust them anymore.
What should I do?
If I renew the tenancy, I would have to pay the letting agent fee.
After all this problems still not sort it out , I don't think it's fair they charge the fee (introductory this time)for doing nothing.
Please give me some advices
