Our lettings agent stopped passing on rents from tenants and retunring phone calls so we cancelled the agreement with them and have obtained a county court judgment against them for £7,500. They have closed their office, but still have their website up and running and the owner runs another business with that registered address. The question is what to do next. The offices is shuttered and in any case if we sent in baliffs, couldn't they claim that the assets were owned by the other company? Any advice appreciated.
