Dear Sirs

One of my property is an HMO and is let out as bedsits. In view of the new legislation regarding holding of deposit coming in force from 1 April 2007, could you please advise me as to the best way of dealing with tenants' deposits.

I understand that I can continue to hold deposits for the tenancies entered into until 31 March. But I want to switch over to the new system asap.

Many thanks for your advice.
