I put my S21 in to court and received the Issue of notice. The 14 days for them to reply has expired. Now CAB have been on asking what they can do to stop the eviction. I have said get me the arrears £800 + the £355 court fee. Is this fair? If they default again I would like to use the notice of issue anyway. Am I best putting the cut off slip on the notice if issue in now and not acting on the eviction date or holding the cut off slip until they default again? Thanks
