Could anyone advise what I need to take with me to court next month for the hearing I have? I have an HMO and one of the tenants owes me £3600 in rent arrears. He is a student at a private university. He could easily commute from his home but has said he is staying at my house even though he won't pay the rent. He gives me cheques but they always bounce
I am trying to get the money back and the room. What paperwork do I need to take with me? I have filed the paperwork online. Do I have any chance of getting the money back or will they just rule against me?
Throughly fed up and not looking fir ward to going to court.
