I have a flat in central London that has been let. I have two separate RLA 12 month tenancy agreements that end Nov 2017. My son and his fiancée are finishing their medical degrees in Sheffield and getting married in July 2017. His fiancée already got two years posting in south west London. That gives my son also get a job somewhere in London. Both the parents live in Surrey. Living in my flat in central London not only saves them money for a newely married couple but they only be half an hour awaylfrom both their parents. Somebody suggested I could give notice 21 to both the tenants asking them to vacate from July 2017. Is this the right way . Any advice would be welcome
