ive been checking through my tenancy agreements because im going to be increasing rents.
there may be one where i didnt protect the deposit? im sure i did it but its not in my account with the TDS. Its possible a family member did it for me and its under their account.

If not, and its not protected, should i protect it now, and if so how do i go about doing it and what do i need to give to the tenant?
does this effect anything?

should i do this before i issue either a section 13 or a new tenancy agreement to that tenant?
