We have a property that has been occupied by the same family since 2008 (AST). We received a call yesterday to say that bee's were entering through an airbrick and they were concerned. I have reluctantly agreed to pay for the pest control chap to sort the property (£70) (I feel this should be their responsibility). Recently they also rang regarding a broken front door handle (UPVC), which again I replaced. Can you please advise how I would clearly know what is the landlords responsibility and what is the tenants. (We have a number of properties and often get these calls)It would be good if there were some clear guidance as I seem to pay for everything.
I look forward to hearing from you.
