Hi

We requested to withhold £299 from our tenant when they left as the grass in the back garden requires treating and was damaged from a trampoline and general neglect. The tenant said they were going to dispute this but the time lapsed and we have been given the money. Our ex tenant is now saying he will be trying to claim it via the courts. We intend to use the money to get the grass treated but wondering if you have any knowledge of his chance of success? We have photographic evidence of the grass before and after and a quotation from the grass treatment company.

Many thanks

Erin
