Wondered if anyone could help with a 'right to rent' query, it looks as if one of my people isn't going to be coming into a shared house at the start of the tenancy and is currently living at the other end of the country. This has not been unusual and previously it has not caused any problems but it is going to mean that they are not able to sign the right to rent prior to the tenancy start date, there are two others and they will be able to bring documents etc. Does anyone know if there is any way around this? Thanks
