Northern Gas Heating had installed new boiler in my BTL property in 2015 and issued me GAS certificate. Next year I got Gas certificate from Local GAS engineer but this year when Agent asked his GAS Engineer for GAS certificate he declined by saying Boiler is NOT installed as per building regulations and he pointed two major things 1. Gas Pressure and 2. Location of flue.

I made official complaint to Northern Gas Heating asking them to give clarification however their reply was I didn't give them opportunity to come and investigate as I had to get work done from Agent's GAS engineer so that Tenant can move in on agreed date.

The new GAS engineer charged me £1155 to fix the issue.

What can be done in this scenario? Can I go to Consumer Court?

Please advise.
