Hi My tenant has left my property and I have been trying for ages to get rent arrears from her phone calls back and forth hundreds of texts promising to pay me and then ignoring me now all I want to do is take some sort of action Im not to bothered about getting money back Approx:£1800 just want to make sure she gets blacklisted or something, Also she never worked a day when she lived in my property and is now working but not sure where, I have never taken anyone to court etc, so what is the most effective way for me to deal with this without paying too much money? All I have is her present address.
