Hi,

I was called to the property by a neighbour (it is a 1st floor flat), the police were there in relation to a noise and ? self harm complaint. They door is now kicked in, the tenant was then arrested for assaulting a police officer and lewd behaviour, and additionally he was smoking illegal substances.
My flat now has a broken door, he has removed the smoke alarm, and he is currently in custody.
what rights do I have to get them to leave asap.
Additionally the neighbour downstairs has said that she does not feel safe with him there, and has complained that she wants him out.
