I have been granted an order of repossession by the courts and the tenant has been ordered to vacate the property by 16-1-2018. He is also ordered to pay the sum of arrears of rent due to the end of the current rent period to the sum of £2, 303.00. The tenant is now refusing to leave unless I return the deposit of £375. What do you suggest I do as firstly I want him to vacate his flat ASAP and secondly he doesn't have any funds to make any payments to me. Thank you for your help.
