I have several HMO properties and my tenants are on Monthly periodic tenancy for a bedroom.
The contract is 6 months old, section 24 of the contract states: Rent increases will be reviewed every 6 months inline with market value.
Do I need to issue a section 13?
If so I would like to increase the rent on the 1st April which is the tenants payment date. So what do I put in section 3?

thanks
Ian
