Last year I let my 2 bedroom flat to a couple and their son. I used the RLA AST and specifically named the couple and their son as the only people allowed to live there.
I am now suspicious that they have allowed two further people to move in. Another couple have been seen coming and going with keys, post has been arriving addressed to 2 other people and a neighbour has seen said people standing outside smoking on a daily basis.
My BTL mortgage specifically says I must have a tenancy agreement for everyone living in the property and I am worried that my landlord's insurance also may be invalidated.
Can anyone advise me how best to proceed to assure that I can evict both the legitimate tenants and the additional 2 "guests" for breaching the tenancy agreement.
Thanks for you advice,
