Good morning,

I am looking to serve a tenant in an HMO his notice due to not paying his most recent rent (and being a pain!).

He is out of his 6 months fixed term period so is on a periodic agreement, meaning I can serve him his two month’s notice now.

However, his partner also lives with him, but is not on the Tenancy Agreement - how would this effect how I go about things? Many thanks.
