The managing agents for the Freeholders are asking for a fee of £126 to register a sub-letting by me as the leaseholder . I understand there was a ruling by the Lands Tribunal 2012 (George Bartlett QC ) which i have read is binding and which states a the freeholder should only charge £40 plus VAT. Any further advice you can give me ? Eg has this 2012 ruling been superseded ?
Thank you
Craig Bramwell
