Hello All,
We informed tenants back in October 2017 that we would be increasing the rent on all properties in August 2018. The letter also included a variety of changes to our structure and each tenant needed to confirm by messenger, text email or in writing that they accepted the proposals. All tenants replied that they would accept the proposals on all measures including the rent. We gave a long notice period to allow the greatest time possible for affecting tenants budgeting and also as most are long term and will remain so.
Do I need to issue the Section 13 form to each one now?
Do I need to issue all new 6 month ASTs again along with deposit info, right to rent etc etc?
Can I just remind them in writing that the increase is due in August and carry on on the ASTs they all have now? They are periodic as all are out of the initial 6 months period.

Any advice would be appreciated.
I just like to get it right for all concerned so there are no comebacks.
