Not really sure which topic I should post this under.

Due to wear and tear, etc. I'm not really sure what is an acceptable condition to expect a property to be returned in.

As I live over seas, my sister normally does all check outs for me. Her major complaint is ovens need cleaning. How do I stand on this?

Others are gardens. I'm happy that this is the only complaints, she is annoyed with me if I ignore it.

I hate to contest a bond. But where should I draw the line?

I have never received a property back in the condition it was let. IS this normal ?
