Hi

One of my tenants has been renting from me for several years now (her and her son) and I have never had a problem with her. However, it appears that she may have moved her daughter and granddaughter in with her (I regularly pass her house on my commute to work and see them at the property a lot). I have arranged an inspection for next week but if when I enter the property I see signs that additional people are living in the property what steps do I need to take?

Do I need to do a right to rent check on them and then give a timescale if when these additional tenants need to move out?

Thanks
