What is the minimum notice period I need to state on Torts notice (following eviction by county court section 8 adding up to about 3k rent arrears and then finally left on day of eviction or before? considering the very low value of items and the future additional loss of rent. Also tenant has smashed up most of the electrics in flat including pulling a storage heater out of the wall and chucking it out the window. She also smashed the screen of her large tv which she left in flat. We will be keeping her £75 deposit by the way. We really need to get rid as soon as possible as flat needed overhall thanks to lovely tenant.
