Hi, I have a tenant who is 5 nearly 6 weeks behind in his rent. Giving depression as 1 of the main reasons.

Iíve had a friendly chat with him about the problem. Weíve talked about getting into more debt and the worry that can cause.

He has offered to go back to live with his mother so the debt doesnít get any bigger. Heís asked for another week to move his stuff out (1 bed flat) he will go Iím pretty sure about that.

But my question is... should he be signing something to say heís going of his own free will, and no longer requires the flat
